COLLABORATIVE DINNERS AND EVENTS

We are excited to announce the launch of The Cross & Friends, a series of exclusive collaborations, pop-ups and events taking place over the next few months.

As part of the series, chef director Adam will invite chefs and suppliers to The Cross for one-off dinners, and will also make appearances at festivals and events throughout the summer, sharing a little piece of what makes The Cross unique.

The first event will take place on Thursday 14th July with a reunion between Adam and Cornerstone head chef James Toth for an exclusive Michelin-starred seafood feast.

THE CROSS X JAMES TOTH

For one night only, Adam and James will cook side by side, each contributing dishes to an exclusive seven-course seafood-focussed menu.

James' dishes will include 'Citrus cured gurnard, aubergine, olive, golden raisins, caponata dressing', 'Orkney scallops, Jersey Royals, courgette, Thai green sauce, lime oil' and 'Roast pollock, oyster, Roscoff onion, sauce Bordelaise'.

Adam will contribute to the menu with 'Cornish Lobster, Lobster Noodles, Tomatoes, Basil' and 'Raspberry Sablé, White Chocolate Cremeux, Raspberry Sorbet, Madagascan Pepper.' Please find a full sample menu below.

The menu is priced at £120, with an optional wine flight of £90 per person.

MORE ABOUT JAMES

Having grown up locally, James worked at The Cross in Kenilworth from the age of 18. He moved quickly up the ranks, learning much of his trade from experienced chef director, Adam, before working at the likes of The French Laundry in California and landing the position of head chef at Tom Brown's Michelin-starred Cornerstone in Hackney.
