Pub in the Park

We had a fantastic time at Tom Kerridge’s Pub In The Park food and music festival in Warwick this summer.

It was a real joy to eat, drink, dance and chat with friends once again and meet some of the other amazing stallholders.

Over the course of the weekend, our team served a special menu featuring some of chef-director Adam Bennett’s favourite ingredients, including tomatoes from specialist growers at Westlands UK and tender beef cheeks from Irish Beef.

To top it all off, we made hundreds of macaroons for the guests to enjoy.
