Cooking with the seasons

Our kitchen team, overseen by chef director Adam Bennett, aims to elevate traditional British cuisine with a menu that is inspired and guided by the seasons.

We were awarded our first Michelin Star just 12 months after opening in September 2014, which we have retained ever since.

Our dishes frequently change to highlight exceptional produce from our trusted suppliers. Over time, Adam has established strong and lasting relationships with our suppliers, including a local, organic, low intervention farm, Mill Piece Gardens, which delivers herbs, vegetables and fruits to us on the same day that they are harvested.
